We received the item on Monday and it was well packed. We mounted the item on our honing machine and it worked perfect...we will order a second one in the next days for our Berco Machine.. The price is top and the item worth every dime. For the second one we wish some upgrades like a tube so you can align it perfect, 5 different adapters for different blocks and a  little better work at one part (you will get pics for that)...I can recoment this item .. Great part, great contact, very good communication.
